| Responsibilities: |
Since 1959, Community Lifecare Inc. has earned a reputation as one of Ontario's finest owners and operators of nursing and retirement homes. Community Nursing Home Port Perry is currently recruiting for full-time Environmental Services Managers.The successful candidates will plan, organize, supervise environmental services, including building services, housekeeping, grounds/equipment, maintenance and laundry and must have management experience in a unionized environment. He/she will be required to perform various skilled/semi-skilled tasks in construction, general maintenance, and operation work including daily life safety rounds, assisting Houskeping in heavy cleaning, maintenance of grounds and generalized and/or specialized repairs. |

| Qualifications: |
• Demonstrated leadership skills in developing goals, objectives, policies and procedures, operating within approved budget and efficient human and material resource utilization
• Hands-on management role requiring the performance of skilled/semi-skilled tasks in maintenance and operations
• Experience working with contracted services
• High school graduate with related post secondary degree or diploma
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills and computer skills
